Project Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Perth. This role involves providing efficient day-to-day office and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and business operations.
Responsibilities include:
* General administration tasks such as meeting coordination, maintaining meeting rooms and the office, and ensuring adequate supplies are available for staff
* Working closely with Executive Assistant on staff events
* Maintaining Reception area, contact lists, and floor plans
* Stock control - maintenance of staff amenities, stationery, and general office supplies
* Maintaining meeting room bookings in the reservation system, keeping rooms neat and tidy
* Filing / management of records, archiving, and storage requirements
* Management of incoming and outgoing mail through Australia Post
* Management of security protocols, e.g., keeping accurate and up-to-date records of security codes and access and the provision of keys and security codes
* Management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years commercial experience in an Administration/Office role or similar
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite
* A professional approach combined with a flexible, positive 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to set and meet deadlines including follow-up
* Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills
