Your first project is an 8 storey multi-res in Aspley, currently at basement stage. You’ll lead the structures package end-to-end, with a fully resourced team and clear reporting to the Site Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to focus on one project at a time, step into a hands-on leadership position, and build with a company invested in your long-term growth. The Company This builder has over 30 years’ experience delivering industrial, mixed-use, large format retail, and multi-residential projects up to $100M. Currently in a strong growth phase, the business has recently expanded into a builder/developer model and continues to secure a healthy pipeline of work across South East Queensland.
