We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant dining outlet at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel. If you're a natural leader with a love for outstanding food, outstanding service, and building strong, motivated teams, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar
- Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
- Monitor budgets, labour costs, and drive revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service delivery
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or F&B; management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and hands-on approach to service
- Solid understanding of stock control, rostering, and service standards
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
