Learning and Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Learning and Development team. This role is responsible for coordinating training programs, scheduling and logistics, data analysis, and project work.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the annual training calendar
* Coordinate scheduling and logistics for compliance and professional development training
* Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis
* Collaborate with business units to identify skill gaps and promote training opportunities
* Partner on key Learning and Development projects
* Foster the use of Council's Learning Management System (LMS)
* Facilitate engaging face-to-face training sessions
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or equivalent experience. They will also have strong organisational and time-management skills, technical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
