Job Description As an Aussie Home Loan Sales Associate, you'll work primarily from our thriving Aussie store in either Ipswich, Mount Ommaney or Forest Lake.
In this role, you'll handle inbound enquiries and make outbound contact with leads to see if we can support them along their home loan journey.
Key responsibilities of an Aussie Associate: Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' calendars.
Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and be part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.
Qualifications OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: To achieve success in this role, you will require: Robust communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potential.
