Public Health Office Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Public Health Unit. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations and workflow of the office, providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks effectively. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, including fleet management, procurement, and IT needs.
* Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
* Develop and implement office processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and community partners.
* Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Diploma or degree in business administration or related field.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
