Support Coordinator Job
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent administrative skills to support the day-to-day operations of our Service and Parts departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a clerical or service administrator role, with strong communication and customer service skills. They will be proficient in using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and sales software systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
* Open work orders and maintain control until they are closed and invoiced
* Schedule customer jobs
* Assist with promoting and selling products and/or Parts services to meet customers' needs
* Provide general administrative support to the branch, parts, and service departments
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a clerical or service administrator role
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proficient in using standard desktop applications
* Good understanding of mechanical/technical terms (preferred)
* Agricultural mechanic qualification (preferred but not essential)
