Position Summary
The purpose of the position of Science Laboratory Technician is to provide support to the Science Department in the delivery of the curricular Science program.
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for setting up equipment and materials for practical work, material and equipment allocation, support class demonstrations and practical work, assist with ordering equipment and chemicals, and ensure staff and students are confident in always using laboratory equipment correctly and safely.
This position is an FTE0.5 role that is term time only.
Work Pattern
* Wednesday 8.00am - 4.00pm
* Thursday 8.00am - 11.45am
* Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
