In this hands-on role, you'll
Work with the Team Leader to ensure accurate recordkeeping and site safety, and to recruit, support, supervise and guide staff, helping to build a positive, supportive, and customer-focused team culture
Actively contribute to the efficient construction, maintenance, and operation of community assets across the Shire
Oversee the day-to-day management and supervision of works, ensuring efficient and effective use of staff, plant, and contractors, and process improvement opportunities
Safely operate and maintain equipment, including daily start-up and shut-down procedures and report any potential malfunctions, service or repairs required
