Job Description
With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Bendigo, Colliers is looking for another star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Bendigo office. This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Bendigo.
What you can expect:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
* Assisting in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Bendigo
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
* Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
* Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
A little about you!
* You don’t need to have Real Estate experience, we are looking for the right individual!
* You ideally are currently in a commercial or B2B role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
* You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
* Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent.
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute with previous property sales & leasing experience or B2B sales
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute
* Ideally Bachelor Degree qualifications in Business or similar
