We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic junior kitchen professional to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will learn the ropes from experienced chefs and support them during service.
This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of kitchen experience who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
You will be responsible for prepping fresh ingredients and plating dishes to a high standard, supporting senior chefs, learning new techniques, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work a mix of day, night and weekend shifts, and high attention to detail.
