About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Full‐cycle estimating across fitout or commercial new build projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Work closely with directors and delivery teams on strategy and pricing
* Manage multiple tenders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Estimator in fitout or commercial construction
* Exposure to a range of sectors – diversity of projects is key
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
* Someone who takes ownership and enjoys accountability
