An exciting opportunity for a creative, hardworking Chef who has a strong understanding of Malaysian cuisine (Asian cooking experience also considered) to contribute creatively to the ongoing growth and development of KCH while maintaining the high standards we're known for.
Two positions available:
- Senior Chef
- Commis Chef
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes consistently
Continue to develop and refine new menu items
Collaborate with owner on existing and new dishes
Manage inventory, and stock control
Oversee kitchen operations, cleanliness, and food safety standards
About You
Proven experience essential- minimum 1 year working in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Malaysian cuisine (Asian cooking experience considered)
Creative, hardworking, and reliable
Strong kitchen organisation and operational skills
