Change Manager - Remediation Project (6-Month Contract) Your new company
We're seeking a Change Manager to support a high-impact remediation project within the wealth sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in
remediation, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working alongside another Change Manager focused on stakeholder engagement.
Your new role
The Change Manager is responsible for supporting remediation change initiatives, ensuring that transitions are smoothly implemented and effectively adopted by individuals and the portfolio as a whole. The Change Manager will focus on the people side of change, minimising resistance and maximising the successful realisation of project objectives. This role is integral in supporting multiple change initiatives across the portfolio simultaneously.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the development of a client engagement strategy and engagement maps
* Apply journey mapping techniques to support remediation outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
* Support change planning and execution across impacted business areas
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience delivering change management in wealth management or remediation projects.
* Experience delivering change manager in banking or financial services is essential.
* Strong skills in journey mapping is highly desirable.
* Comfortable working in a supporting Change Manager role (not a senior lead).
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing project needs.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What you'll get in return
A 6-Month Contract with a chance of extension, daily rate of $1000.
