Retirement Community Experience Coordinator
Seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of our premium retirement resort. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, reliable, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, professional, and fun team environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-level customer service to residents and guests
* Responding to resident and guest enquiries and requests
* Assisting with day-to-day operational activities
* Delivering resident packages and room service meals
* Driving Resort Vehicle during some shifts (Class C)
* Setting up and packing down of resident activities
* Assisting the restaurant team when required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office & Outlook
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Be extremely well-presented and reliable
* Have a passionate and customer-focused approach
* Hold a valid drivers' licence
* Have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, or be willing to obtain
* Have RSA and Barista skills, ideal but not essential
