The iconic, tourism award winning, Dracula’s on the Gold Coast is searching for a full-time Head Chef to oversee the established kitchen of the 500-seat banquet venue.

As Head Chef, you will bring:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen role, in a fast-paced, busy venue.
* A strong drive to lead by example, motivate and mentor your team.
* A focus on running a smooth and consistent kitchen.
* Experience in catering for large numbers.
* Experience with high-volume purchasing, supplier negotiations and inventory management.
* Self-motivation and creativity to develop and roll-out seasonal menus.
* The ability to train, teach, develop and mentor members of your team.
* Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills.
* An understanding and responsibility for food safety, OH&S and BOH procedures and requirements.
