Your new role : Joining a small, supportive team and reporting to the Credit Manager, you'll take ownership of the accounts receivable function. This role offers the chance to work closely with internal and external customers while applying your admin and customer service skills across a range of tasks. Your responsibilities : Reconcile daily branch banking, post journal entries to accounts, and maintain the general ledger. Oversee the store banking process. Draft customer correspondence regarding assessment decisions. Handle accounts receivable for the Credit Team. Manage inbound and outbound calls to support stores and customers. Process credit card payments for the credit office. Understand and act on the requirements of the three generic Q3 email addresses. Ensure adherence to MML policies and procedures (e.g., SPI’s). Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to support day-to-day operations. Strong Communication Skills : Confident in engaging with the business via phone and email, with a professional and approachable demeanour Detail-Oriented & Organised : Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
