Following our appointment to the SA Water Engineering Panel, we're searching for a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our team and help deliver projects that truly matter.
What You'll Do
* Drive technical excellence across water and wastewater infrastructure projects
* Produce robust mechanical and hydraulic designs from concept through delivery
* Manage the design of complex projects or program work packages
* Elevate client satisfaction and project outcomes
* Support project and design management activities
* Mentor emerging engineers and collaborate nationally with multidisciplinary teams
About You
* A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Eligibility or progression toward CPEng
* Experience in engineering design or consultancy (water industry experience is a bonus!)
* Strong technical capability in water/wastewater conveyance and treatment
* Experience with hydraulic design, pump station design, CFD, or pipe stress analysis
* Ability to select, size, and specify mechanical equipment
* Familiarity with Plant 3D or Inventor (advantageous)
* Understanding of CHAIR, HAZOP, and Safety in Design
* Excellent communication and report‐writing skills
