What will you do?
Your role will be to empower our participants to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by
* Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
* Identifying new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants' goals and needs.
* Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients.
* Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
Which skills and experience we are looking for include
* Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous).
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability.
* Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems.
* Experience working with Indigenous communities.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to the role.
