We are a national Fire Protection Company specialising in Fire Safety and Compliance Inspections, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems and Training that is based in sunny Nelson. We are seeking an organised and proactive Office and Sales Administrator to join our team. If you feel you are accurate with details, are confident with customers, have a friendly personality and enjoy variety along with a challenge, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Supporting our management, technicians, and customer service teams to uphold our high service and product standards.
* Answering phones and assisting customers (via phone or email).
* Assisting with our technicians' workflow – booking jobs, inspections and training courses for our customers.
* Processing and submitting inspection reports to Council and Fire and Emergency NZ.
* Data entry and customer database management.
* Manage itineraries and travel arrangements (appointments, agendas, flights, accommodation, vehicles) for the management team.
* Perform ad‐hoc Executive Assistant tasks for the General Manager, including both business and personal assignments.

* Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
* Strong detail‐oriented organisational and multitasking skills.
* Experience in an office environment is preferable.
* Able to be a positive team player.

* Willingness to learn and be motivated to keep busy and take initiative.
