* Reporting : Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders, covering timelines, budgets, and deviations.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
* Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
* A relevant degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
