**About The Role**:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Consultant to become an integral part of our friendly and energetic customer-oriented team.

Based in our head office located in Regents Park, this role will have a focus on delivering best-in-class customer service to our B2B customers, and working in partnership with our Sales, Logistics, and 3PL Teams to 'make it happen'.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and be part of a high performing team.

This position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract. It also provides hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work from home once you successfully complete induction, training, and demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of your role.

**What You'll Do**:

- Delivering best-in-class service to our B2B customers
- Quote-to-cash order management
- Proactively tracking customer orders to fulfillment
- Managing customer cases to resolution
- Liaising proactively with Sales, Supply-Chain and 3PL teams to expediate customer needs
- Act as back-up support to your customer care colleagues
- Ad hoc administrative tasks when required

**What You'll Bring**:

- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Minimum 2 years proven customer support experience in B2B.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer & stakeholder relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate problem solving, multi-tasking, time management, attention to detail skills.
