Location - Sydney, NSW Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 9 months The role closes on 27th August 2025 Key Responsibilities: Audit, analyse, and document accuracy of Export Authorisation documentation. Maintain and provide ongoing quality assurance on appropriate Export Control records and documentation. Manage the application of Export/Import policies and procedures. Manage Tech Data requests across different contracts and stakeholders. Manage the administration of licenses, permits, Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and other export and/or import authorisations in accordance with company policy, relevant laws and regulations. Identify, report, remediate and manage and risks identified in relation to Tech Data requests, such as schedule impact. Work closely with IP manager and provide technical data/export controls expertise and support where required. Provide support and training relating to Export Control practices into Asset and data management processes. Performs other related duties as required.
