This role works in a few of our local stores, offering an opportunity to change more lives!
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Drive lead generation daily by approaching and talking to potential customers
- Work with the store team to achieve targets
- Support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up on appointments for potential customers
- Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Actively encourage customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute touch screen test
- Explain hearing results and recommend next steps to customers
- Build rapport with new and enhance relationships with existing customers
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
**What We Are Seeking**:
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience in meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening and communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Availability to work part-time retail hours (20-25 hours per week) on a rotating roster
- Someone who is willing to travel as required
