About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer with 5+ years PAE to join their growing property team. You will handle a wide range of property-related legal work across commercial, residential, and development projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, with autonomy over files and access to support from highly experienced senior practitioners. You'll work alongside a collaborative team on high-value and complex matters while building strong relationships with local businesses and developers.

Key Responsibilities Include
Handling residential and commercial property transactions
Advising on commercial and retail leasing arrangements
Working on residential and commercial developments
Managing files involving development agreements and management rights
Contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships
Key Requirements
At least 5 years PAE in property law (private practice experience is needed)
Proven ability to manage property transactions from start to finish
Experience in leasing, developments, or management rights (desirable)
Strong communication skills and client rapport
Interest in participating in the local business and legal community
