You will be responsible for:
* Providing an excellent experience for customers in the shop, answering inquiries in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
* Accurately performing water testing and recommending the correct chemical solutions to clients.
* Processing shop sales transactions, managing product displays, and restocking inventory.
* Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling service bookings and managing phone calls.
You will have:
* Experience in water testing and/or a strong understanding of pool and spa chemistry is highly desirable.
* Amazing customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in sales and testing.
* The availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly team environment.
