Key Responsibilities:

Ensures individual projects within the program contribute to the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Project Coordination:
Manages interdependencies between projects, coordinating resources and activities to avoid redundancy and ensure smooth execution.
• Risk Management:
Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and manages issues that may impact program delivery.
• Resource Management:
Oversees the allocation and utilization of resources (budget, personnel, etc.) across the program.
• Stakeholder Management:
Maintains communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring:
Tracks program progress, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies areas for improvement.
• Change Management:
Facilitates organizational changes resulting from the program, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
