About the role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the Cellarbrations drive‐through bottle shop, leading the team while maintaining strong operational and presentation standards.
What you'll be doing
* Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the Cellarbrations drive‐through bottle shop.
* Lead, roster and support the bottle shop team during daily trade.
* Maintain high standards across customer service, merchandising, presentation and stock organisation.
* Manage ordering, stock control, stocktakes and supplier deliveries using internal systems.
* Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members.
* Assist with unloading deliveries and moving stock within a fast‐paced retail environment.
* Ensure smooth shift execution, operational compliance and strong team performance.
What we're looking for
* Experience leading a retail, bottle shop or hospitality team in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with confidence managing rosters, stock control and day‐to‐day operations.
* Comfortable using ordering systems, inventory platforms and computer‐based admin.
* A hands‐on leadership style with high standards across customer service, merchandising, presentation and store organisation.
* Physically capable of assisting with deliveries and moving stock within a busy retail environment.
* Flexible availability across nights, weekends and public holidays; current RSA required and forklift licence preferred but not essential.
