We are seeking a dynamic and driven workshop leader to join our Launceston team.
In this pivotal role, you'll take the reins of the workshop's daily operations, leading a talented team of technicians to deliver exceptional results, all while maintaining a sharp focus on safety and efficiency.

Roster: Monday – Friday 38 hours a week
Role Located: Launceston, Tasmania
About the Role
* Lead the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring safe and efficient working practices
* Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians to deliver high-quality results
* Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance, promoting its principles throughout the workshop
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certified Tradesperson
* Previous leading hand experience
* Ability to schedule and delegate tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
* Professional self-starter, with attention to detail
