What you'll be doing
* Lead and manage staff, resources, budgets and performance outcomes
* Oversee recruitment, supervision, performance development and retention
* Drive clinical governance, policies, quality improvement and patient safety
* Monitor KPIs, manage clinical incidents and report on service performance
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to strategic planning

Essential Criteria
* Post graduate qualifications or Bachelor degree giving eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia
Selection Criteria
1. Post graduate qualifications or Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics that allows eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia.
2. Substantial experience in clinical dietetics including demonstrated skills in clinical practice.
3. Demonstrated ability in strategic clinical planning and the provision of a patient focused, comprehensive, high quality and cost‑effective clinical service.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and previous management experience in a health care setting, including staff management experience.
5. Demonstrated ability to implement and improve patient safety, patient flow, continuum of care, and waiting times for treatment.
6. Demonstrated commitment to and experience in teaching, quality improvement and professional development.
