Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide effective technical assistance to internal and external customers.
This role involves diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues, including software and hardware configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
* Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to optimize IT support services.
* Develop and update relevant documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless maintenance of IT asset registers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role providing technical support.
* Formal qualifications in IT are highly desirable but not essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders via various channels.
* Capacity to work collaboratively as a team and independently when required.
