The Role:
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Experience Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth operations at Prison Island Gold Coast. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of guest experience, safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of Customer Experience Attendants, ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Oversee daily operations, including guest check‐ins, game briefings, and activity coordination.
* Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain a high‐energy, customer‐focused environment.
* Monitor gameplay areas to ensure safety protocols and operational standards are met.
* Handle escalated customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Assist with rostering, staff performance, and team communication.
* Manage bookings, payments, and group event coordination.
* Ensure the facility is well‐maintained, including game rooms and equipment.
* Oversee the bar and retail operations, including stock management and sales.
* Assist with promotional activities and special events to drive guest engagement.
* Monitor performance indicators and suggest improvements to optimize profitability.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a fast‐paced customer service environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
* Problem‐solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.
* Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance management is a plus.
