We are now looking for a vibrant, energetic all-rounder to join us as the face and backbone of our office — combining the best of a receptionist and administration role into one exciting position.
What You'll Be Doing
• Be the warm, professional first point of contact for all clients and visitors
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails and correspondence with efficiency and care
• Coordinate diaries, meetings and appointments for the broking team
• Provide general administration support including document preparation and data entry
• Manage office supplies, mail and day-to-day operational tasks
• Support brokers with file management and compliance-related administration
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate records
• Contribute positively to the team culture and office environment
