About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in our Brisbane City Support Office, on a full time basis.

As the first point of contact for IT support across the business, you will provide prompt, professional assistance to staff across multiple locations, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations. You will troubleshoot issues, support new starter onboarding, maintain asset registers, and elevate complex matters to the IT & Security Manager when required.

This role is critical to ensuring our teams nationwide have reliable access to the technology and systems they need to support our residents and communities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
* Log and manage incidents and requests using the ITSM system (ServiceLy).
* Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
* Complete new starter set‑up, including white‑glove device provisioning.
* Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel.
* Maintain accurate hardware and software asset registers.
* Support integration tasks during village acquisitions and transitions.

About You

* Certificate III or higher in Information Technology.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑service focus.
* Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues confidently and professionally.
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
* Holds a current, valid driver's licence.
* 1–2 years' experience in a similar technical support role (Preferred).
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MD102, CCENT/CCNA (Preferred).
* Ability to satisfy pre‑employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
