Job summary
Flexible hours available
What you’ll be doing
Supervising day-to-day restaurant service and staff.
Helping set up and run private functions/events.
Making sure guests are looked after from start to finish.
Coordinating with the kitchen and bar to keep everything running smoothly.
Training and supporting front-of-house staff.
Jumping in on the floor when needed – leading by example.
What we’re looking for
Previous hospitality experience (supervisor or senior waitstaff level).
Confident, approachable, and excellent with people.
Organised with robust attention to detail (especially for events).
Able to work nights, weekends, and function shifts when required.
