The Opportunity
Our client is a growing, design-led business delivering projects across a range of commercial environments. With a strong pipeline and continued expansion, they are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects from end to end. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a quick-paced, collaborative team where you'll play a key role in keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and broader team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration and delivery of projects.
* Coordinating project administration across multiple active projects
* Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, timelines, and specifications
* Managing purchase orders and tracking key deadlines
* Monitoring customer orders and coordinating deliveries
* Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and issue resolution
* Working cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, operations, and accounts
* Managing backorders, returns, and delivery discrepancies
* Assisting with documentation and site-related requirements
* Coordinating logistics and obtaining transport quotes
About You
You are organized, proactive, and thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment. You enjoy being the central point of coordination and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
* Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
* Exposure to project-based environments (construction, fit-out, or similar) is advantageous
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
