Job Summary

This hybrid position owns all commercial activity for advertising-focused data, audience and measurement products in Australia & New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver revenue growth targets for data, audience and measurement products by leading revenue generation efforts, including deal negotiation and account management.
* Negotiate multi-year commercial terms with clients, including minimum guarantees, volume rebates and pricing models.
* Prioritise market opportunities across agency holding groups, independents, in-house trading teams, publishers, media networks, DSPs and measurement vendors to drive business growth.
* Represent our company as a thought leader on industry panels, at events and in trade publications to build relationships and drive brand awareness.
* Develop strategic partnerships with clients, including translation of buyer feedback into product requirements, and lead technical integrations to ensure seamless activation and easy measurement.
* Build proof-of-performance studies that quantify lift in return on ad spend (ROAS), incremental spend and path-to-purchase acceleration.
* Foster internal collaboration and influence to inform investment decisions and drive pipeline management, forecasting and KPI reporting.
* Partner daily with cross-functional teams, including data science, privacy, legal, finance and marketing to deliver business results.
* Act as a 'player-coach,' driving revenue personally while laying the groundwork for future hires (sales, solutions engineering, partner success).

Success Measures

* Revenue attainment vs. plan.
* Number and value of signed agreements and platform integrations.
* Time-to-market for new partnerships and incremental campaigns.
* Client satisfaction scores and renewal rates.
* Internal stakeholder NPS.
