Overview
Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking two Night Auditors to join our team: one full time and one part-time. In this role you will report directly to the Night Manager and support balancing the day\'s transactions and preparing overnight reports. The key is delivering a high standard of guest service throughout the night while maintaining a safe hotel for guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports.
- Deliver high standard guest service during night shifts.
- Maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Thrive working when the rest of the hotel sleeps in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same.
- Be calm and confident in high pressure situations, with clear and efficient written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Excel (preferred).
- Flexible to work overnight shifts (11pm–7am) on a rotating roster.
