1. Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective governance and risk management frameworks across the organization.
* Coordinate policy reviews, internal controls, and regulatory compliance activities to ensure seamless operations.
* Provide strategic oversight of the Audit and Risk Committee and internal audit function.
* Maintain up-to-date risk registers to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
* Offer expert advice on legal matters, privacy concerns, fraud prevention, and public interest disclosures.
* E nsure the organization meets all relevant legislative and reporting requirements.
* Design and deliver governance training programs to build a culture of accountability and integrity.
