Role: Senior Educator | Experience in a Room Leader position is essential!
Centre: Goodstart Hobart
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Pay: $38.20 - $39.35 + super + benefits
Room: Nursery
Responsibilities
- Take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure safety and inclusivity so that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Tasmanian Working with Children Check
