About the Role
Following the recent acquisition of a longstanding heatset and sheetfed printer in Adelaide, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our clients with their print requirements, coordinating jobs through production, and ensuring excellent customer service at every stage. This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
Skills and Experience
- Previous print industry experience is essential
- Previous web print experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Transparent and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
