">Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Australian retail partners across diverse product categories, focusing on driving profitable sales growth with both existing and new customers.">

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage and continuously improve relationships with Australian retailers to grow the business, ensuring optimal in-store positioning and resource allocation.
">
* Maintain high-frequency communication with buyers to ensure successful participation in major retailer promotion events and activities.
">
* Manage Australian retailer sales, inventory, and forecasts; review weekly sales and inventory by model; and align retailer inventory forecasts with in-stock levels, in-transit shipments, and production lead times.
">
* Conduct bi-weekly store inspections to monitor and report on pricing, product displays & Point of Sale Materials, as well as competitor activities & pricing.
">
* Communicate efficiently with omni-channel buyers regarding pricing before, during, and after promotion periods to ensure brand strategy implementation.
">
* Identify and onboard new retail partners across Australia to generate incremental business, aligned with the overall market strategy.
">

Requirements:

">Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (required)

* Fluency in English

* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the small home appliance industry

* Experience: 2-5 years of professional sales experience
">
* Proven Track Record: Successful history in sales management, particularly within the small home appliance or 3C products industry

* Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to diverse market needs
">
* Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships

* Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets
