Responsibilities
* Open and close the store and supervise daily shifts.
* Offer constructive and inspiring feedback to the team.
* Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
* Deliver courteous customer service at the registers.
* Maintain stocked shelves so customers can find all their favourites.
* Identify incidents or hazards to keep everyone safe.
* Work evenings and weekends as part of the store management team.
