**About the role**:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Week 1**:
Thursday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Monday: 7:00am - 9:00am, 3:00pm - 10:00pm (9 hours)
Wednesday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
**Week 2**:
Thursday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Saturday: 10:00pm - 12:00am Active Night (2 hours)
Sunday: 12:00am - 7:00am Active Night (7 hours)
Monday: 7:00am - 9:00am, 3:00pm - 10:00pm (9 hours)
Wednesday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
