About The Opportunity

* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minute taking and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
* Arrange business travel including flights, accommodation and transportation.
* Organize business events, customer service and visitor escorts.
* Manage procurement processes, process invoices and reconcile credit card expenses.
* Source office supplies and compile data for reports, bids and contracts.
* Prepare correspondence on behalf of managers and team leads.
* Provide administrative support to the production team.

You will possess excellent communication skills, be a strong team player with exceptional time management skills, high attention to detail and organizational abilities.
