If you enjoy working in an inbound call centre environment, then this is your perfect role. You will use your superstar customer service experience to provide the best standard of service to our patients dealing with appointment enquiries and scheduling. They go above and beyond to provide the best service to our patients and truly live by the values of our business.• Full time Permanent • Mon-Fri, office hours • Career development opportunities • In house training provided by experienced staff members • Values based Medical Imaging industry leader**ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITES** As the Booking Agent you will: • Take inbound calls and determining the service required • Deliver prompt and effective responses to patient bookings and enquiries • Notify patients of requirements prior to their visit • Liaise with technical and support staff regarding booked services • Quote accurate fees for service and Medicare rebate amount • Booking the service into the appointment diary at the relevant site • Other duties as directed by the Supervisor from time to time**ABOUT YOU** Our Booking Agents are a diverse group with a wide range of experience and backgrounds.
