We are seeking enthusiastic Solar Roofers and Trade Assistants to join our team at Warlec Solutions Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the solar energy industry and kickstart your career through a pathway to apprenticeship.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with the installation of solar panels and related components on residential and commercial rooftops
Moderate physical fitness is required for protected rooftop work
Safely transporting and handling materials and equipment to job sites
Provisional driver's licence is acceptable for transport duties
Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Cleaning and maintaining tools and work areas
Following all safety protocols and procedures
Participating in on-the-job training and development
What we're looking for
Robust interest and aptitude for hands-on work in the trades and building industry
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not essential
Candidates with any Australian work rights are welcome to apply
