Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced credit and fraud analyst to join our team in the SMB merchant risk management department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform credit and fraud checks for merchants during the onboarding process.
* Guide and mentor junior analysts in the team.
* Develop and implement Merchant Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Collaborate with operation teams to manage processes and case level escalations.
* Manage relationships with sales, operations, and legal teams.
* Align risk policies and procedures with other market-based risk teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in credit and fraud merchant risk management.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to learn, make informed decisions based on research, and work as part of a global team.
* Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
