The ultimate Sales Associate / Assistant Agent opportunity for someone genuinely serious about building a long-term career in Real Estate.

This is a role designed for growth, exposure, mentorship, and progression — not for someone casually \"trying real estate out\".
We're looking for someone who is all-in!

The ideal candidate will either
- Already be working within real estate in some capacity (e.g an associate role with limited exposure or wanting to step up and take on greater responsibility in sales)
OR
- Be genuinely committed to building a long-term career in the industry and prepared to back that up with action.

Either way, you're motivated, coachable, and ready to be actively involved in the sales process.

You'll NEED your Certificate of Registration, a strong work ethic, confidence speaking with people, and a genuine interest in learning the sales process properly.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved across the day-to-day flow of residential sales while learning directly from an experienced, high-performing director who genuinely values support, team culture, consistency, and long-term development.

The pace is busy, the standards are high, and there's a strong focus on growth — but equally, this is an environment built around sustainable success, collaboration, and a realistic approach to work-life balance.

What you can expect to be doing AND learning...

* Prospecting and database follow-up (calls, door knocking, letterbox drops, networking and local engagement)
* Assisting with buyer management (handling enquiries and callbacks, qualifying buyers, and assessing genuine readiness to purchase)
* Identifying and generating market appraisals and listing opportunities for the lead agent, including preparation of documentation and attendance at appointments
* Assisting with campaign management, including coordination of sales administration (contract/compliance completion, preparation of sales advices etc)
* Liaising with external parties including solicitors, building & pest inspectors, photographers, brokers, valuers, and other key stakeholders throughout the transaction process
* Assisting with marketing preparation and coordination for new listings, open homes, and sold properties (including collation of materials and campaign readiness)
* Supporting and contributing to team social media content creation and ongoing platform management
* Assisting across all inspections including open homes, private inspections, pre-settlement inspections, and additional appointments as required (weekend availability essential — Saturday is SHOW TIME)
* Networking with relevant industry stakeholders including buyers agents, conveyancers, developers, investors, and other key referral partners to support pipeline growth and opportunity creation

What you need to bring...
* Weekend availability and an understanding that real estate is not a traditional 9-5 role — flexibility and commitment are essential
* Certificate of Registration (only candidates currently holding their COR will be considered)
* A people-centric approach — natural warmth, relatability, and the ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust across a wide range of clients
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with people from all walks of life
* A positive attitude and high energy — this is a role with real highs and lows, and resilience is key to navigating both effectively
* A short video introduction as part of your application (it doesn't need to be perfect or overly polished — we're not looking for flashy production, just something that shows who you are, your energy, and how seriously you're approaching this opportunity)
