As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. This includes creating an exciting and positive environment for customers of all ages, providing coaching and feedback to help your team grow and succeed, and assisting with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.

Job Description

This is a 25 Hour Part Time role that requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.

* Main Responsibilities:
o Assist in leading your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
o Create an exciting and positive environment for customers of all ages.
o Provide coaching and feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
o Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.
o Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. Your ability to adapt and thrive in this environment will be key to your success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous retail leadership or supervisory experience. You must also have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team. Additionally, you should have the ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential, proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively, and visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential.

* Key Skills and Qualifications:
o Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
o Possession of a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team.
o Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
o Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
o Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential.
